Our client comes to us through one door for ALL procedures, renovations, property management, purchase of furniture and key management. Of course you have the choice of what you want to use of this.
If renovations need to be carried out, we will assist you. We can advise you on a team that will take care of this. From the smallest renovation to the complete renewal of your home. We will also, if you wish, help you with the purchase of furniture and electrical appliances. After your purchase or order of the furnishings, there is usually a delivery period of two to six weeks. Here too, we are ready to have the goods delivered to your property and assembled while you are in Belgium.
In short, we ensure that your home is ready to move in for your next visit.
If desired, we offer you a cleaning lady according to the region. Weekly or after the stay of your friends or tenants, the property is COMPLETELY cleaned and the sheets and towels are changed.
Clients who come to live permanently in Tenerife and emigrate at the same time are guided by us through the entire integration procedure, including the transfer of their household effects via containers and even the transfer of their car. We take care of the customs modalities and the organization of the move from door to door.
Permanence: We have a 7/7 permanence for our customers. This means that if an unexpected technical problem should occur in your home in Tenerife, we can act immediately.
Key management: We have, if desired, a spare key in our possession, which can always be requested if necessary. Think of key loss or unexpected events such as theft or damage. Theft prevention: Tenerife does not have crime like in Belgium. But petty theft of mobile phones or wallets can happen.
We give advice if necessary. It is up to the customer to decide.
